If I'm being honest, there is no recipe I have done that is more foolproof than this exact one. As a breakfast meal or just as a 4 pm snack, this is a quick and easy way to fill up your tummy, especially if you add in the fruits too. Don't be afraid to use the flour of your choice, just remember that if there's no self-raising flour in the mix, you'll have to add in one teaspoon of baking powder in order to make the pancakes rise appropriately!
