SIMPLE CARROT CAKE

I know not everyone shares my sentiments but I seem to have a problem with the cream cheese filling that every bakery and baker insist on when doing up their carrot cakes ๐Ÿ˜ฃ. I would much rather have a buttercream filling or nothing at all. The cake can be escorted by tea ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ With that being said, obviously, I had to do my own baking, which I usually don't mind every once in a while. I find it therapeutic ๐Ÿ˜Œ. Of course, there are many variations to this recipe. Feel free to add in walnuts, raisins and your cream cheese filling if you like! Also, this recipe can be used for cupcakes, the only thing that will change is the baking time. Scroll all the way to the bottom for the full recipe! :)
