I am such a big fan of fish so much so that I could have it for dinner maybe every day of the week. Last night I decided to experiment with some spices and ended up having this for dinner. This is not how I usually like to make it, but to my surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. In these times of quarantine, this is such a simple recipe to follow and it won't even take you 10 minutes to prepare. Be careful though, do not overcook your fish.
