If you're the type of person who loves soft meat and has a hard time trying to get it just right, then beef fillet is the perfect steak cut for you. This cut is foolproof in the sense that even if you overcook it by mistake, it still won't be as bad as overcooking any other cuts of beef. Fun fact, there is only ONE fillet in every cow, so this cut is usually slightly more expensive than others, but not to worry, because it will be totally worth it when it's busy melting in your mouth and making you happy!
