If there is a Kenyan streetfood that resonates with everyone, it has to be this one. Chips masala might sound as simple as spicing chips up, but the layers of flavour achieved by just cooking down the tomato sauce as much as you can, allows your tastebuds to have a party and just keep wanting to eat more.
